Good location near Golf and Arlington Heights road. I've found the staff here to be consistently friendly and helpful. They just switched to the Teavana teas so some of the flavors may be different to what one is used to (if one drinks teas here). I am getting used to the chai. I prefer the Tazo, so we'll see if it's a deal breaker (I'd probably switch to the English Breakfast/Awake variant). The Oprah Chai tea is good (more of an Oregon chai style) but it's in the syrup and too sweet for my tastes. The store has one large table for six or seven, several smaller tables for two or four; a few single comfy chairs by themselves and a stand up bar near the register. Fortunately this store is well heated (during cold Chicago winters) unlike some other stores I've visited. Bathrooms are clean. Always a plus. Hand dryer only. I know it's eco-friendly, but I still prefer paper towels. I don't like handling the doors :)

Every time I go through the drive through the cashier is always so nice! Today we drove through and we had a nice chat with Zoe. She made our Starbucks stop more fun with her smile and fun conversation. If you are gonna pay $5 for a coffee why not stop in a place that makes you feel good to leave your money there :)

If you must hit up the 'Bucks, this isn't a bad one to visit as long as you can navigate the mess that is the parking lot & Golf Rd. Employ defense when you're driving around here. Beyond that... 1) Baristas are friendly. Including the folks who work the drive through! As in extra friendly. Nice. 2) Drive thru. 'Nuff said. 3) Drinks are made with expertise. While I'm not ordering up a crazy complicated beverage, I very much appreciate that my order is exact. Especially when I'm ordering a decaf beverage...there's nothing worse than unintended caffeine shakes due to a lazy barista.

The service is decent. The parking lot is small and cars get dinged.

Nice place and convenient location. As weird as my name is, the peeps here remember my face and name. Awesome and friendly staff.

Well have visited this starbucks before. But, right off the bat i will tell you the employees here are top notch and fun. Serves was quick and drink was made perfect. Its nice to see employees smiling and enjoying what they are doing. This shows in everything in the store from being very clean to quality of service to drinks. Top notch recommend a visit.

In addition to taste, sometimes what brings me back to coffee shops is the baristas. I use to go to this Starbucks on the daily, and I do still frequent this location regularly because there really isn't many other options close to home, but I do feel as if the staff has gone down over the years. Don't get me wrong, there are a few good ones that remain (older gentleman and young lady who have been there for years). And the new ones are friendly, of course, but something is lacking. Matt and Tom use to be all-star baristas at this particular location, filled with personality. Regardless of my trivial opinions, the drinks at Starbucks are always of great quality and consistency. Some of my faves... *Iced Green Tea Latte *Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte *Skinny French Vanilla Latte *Chai Tea Latte *Tazo Passion Fruit Iced Tea *Pumpkin Spice Latte (seasonal) **Pumpkin Spice with Toffee Nut! Even better! *Egg Nog Latte (seasonal) This location is not large by any means, therefore I primarily frequent this Starbucks via the drive-thru. Even when the drive-thru has a line of cars it moves at a decent pace. They have a few tables and a couple comfy chairs to take advantage of inside. If you ask me, which I understand you wouldn't, the inside is a bit crammed. If you wanted to come here to get some work done with ample space, I feel there are other locations that would serve you better. There is a small area out front to enjoy your beverages on a nice day if you so choose. Also, this parking lot and drive-thru is enough to drive someone insane in the membrane! The entrance from Golf Road and the exit of the Starbucks drive-thru is just an accident waiting to happen. I need to wrap around for another shot of espresso to calm my nerves by the time I have a chance to pull out.

Always get my order right at the drive through. Wish they wouldn't run out of popcorn that often. Seems they never have it on the weekends which upsets my 4 year old :)

This is a Starbucks I really don't frequent too much. We were at Woodfield Mall, about two miles west of here, and the lines at both Starbucks were ridiculously long. We had other errands to run, so as we passed this one on Golf Road, right before Golf crosses Algonquin Road, we stopped. We only went to the drive through so it's hard to really assess them. But, the woman who took our order was nice, the service was fast, and the coffee fresh. At the end of the day, isn't that what really matters?

This Starbucks has the best employees!!! I get disappointed when I need to go to another one and don't get the service like this one gives!!! A newer one was built closer to my home on Arlington Hts rd and Golf.... But in my opinion they need to learn customer service, learn to make the drinks right and just learn to be nice ROLLING MEADOWS YOU ROCK!!!!! I'll drive the extra distance just to have my coffee with a smile!!! Thank you!!!!!

I've had a pleasant experience here every time I have visited. My dad and I will hang out here after shopping and eating at Mitsuwa. The barista are friendly and the location is clean. My only complaint is the parking lot, which I think is way too small and can be frustrating to get in and out of spots espeically during the lunch hour due to the other shops being around it. Overall, not a bad location and would be back.

I can't believe I've never reviewed this Starbucks. Hands down, this is the best Starbucks in town. This place is huge - lots of places to sit and work on your lap top or just enjoy your coffee. It is almost always packed! It has a very modern feel as well. The service is very friendly, and as always the drinks are great. This location also has wine and appetizers after 4 PM.

I get Starbucks maybe a couple times a month cause coffee makes me crazzzzzzy! haha But this particular morning I had some time to spare before work and decided to stop by the drive thru. I always get a peppermint mocha! Yummm! There was a couple cars a head of me and surprisingly the line moved very quickly! I work about 10 mins away and got my coworkers some coffee too but by the time I got to work all the drinks were warm not hot.

I am a loyal Starbucks goer with a lot of experience at Starbucks all over the US. That being said - this is is my favorite Starbucks. Not only are the drinks and food delicious (of course), but the staff is exceptional. John (the manager) and his staff are class acts and are extremely friendly, thoughtful, attentive and efficient. I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks before work (there are several others I pass that are more directly on my route) because of how quick they are and how unbelievably nice and cheery their staff is. I recommend this Starbucks to anyone who wants a good drink and wants to start the day by seeing a friendly face.

uuuuugggggghhhhhh Slowest. Starbucks. Ever. Unfortunately it is right across the street from my office, so I continue to torture myself several times/week. The service is just beyond slow. The time of day is irrelevant, it always takes forever. There was a point when two baristas were arguing with each other, while one held my drink - after a few minutes of pacing and sighing - I leaned across the counter and took it out of her hand - I'm not sure she even noticed. I hate this place, yet I give them my money - I can only blame myself.

We all know what a Stabucks is. This one isn't very different. It's in a burb, so it's less busy than a lot of Starbucks. They have spurts of traffic here and there, but it wasn't chaotic and when we arrived we ordered right away and had our drinks served in record time. The chairs were comfortable. The shop wasn't too loud. I had a venti chai tea latte with soy milk and their fruit, granola and yogurt cup. Both were good and overpriced. It was a nice treat.

It's a good experience every time I come here. I like that it's big, but being big also has its downsides. I find it hard to get a table here, especially when it's school time as it looks more like a school cafeteria than anything else. The big plus is their Kona machines.

I've been to better locations. The coffee is what you come for, so one can't hold a grudge because the menu board wasn't lit or it took the drive thru guy 5 minutes to say Hello. Couple that with having to negotiate a Le Mans style course just to get to the window, one wonders why anyone would bother.

I've only gone through the drive through here and have had a very successful experience thus far. They haven't screwed up any drinks and have always been very friendly over the mic. I know it's weird to say, but sometimes you get the vibe that the person on the mic doesn't really want to talk to anyone, let alone you. The one thing that I would complain about this place is that the maneuvering around the parking lot is ridiculous. There is only one way into this Starbucks that is shared with other businesses like Potbelly's so it's hard to find parking (hence I only go thru the drive thru) In order for you to go to the drive thru, you would have to circle the entire building which I don't mind doing but this particular location is placed on a main busy road (GOLF) so the entrance into the place is coming from Golf and you have to wait for all of that traffic to come in before you can "turn around". It's somewhat inconvenient since I have to circle all the way around just to be caught in parking lot traffic. I choose to not go here as often and only do once in a while. I go to the one closer to my work that is speedier and you don't have to wait for traffic in the parking lot itself.
